1. Eligibility
Only graduates and individuals physically located on the African continent with completed post-secondary or high school level education (transcript sufficient if no certificate) are eligible. Valid Government ID is mandatory before enrollment or employment application. Email verification required before enrollment. Phone verification is required after first login.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must register using accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining account credentials. Accounts without verified email will have restricted access to course enrollment.
3. Courses, Enrollment & Payments
Enrolling in courses requires a completed registration, verified email, and payment processed through the ATZ Money Payment Gateway. Fees are shown at checkout. All payments are non-refundable after course start except under limited policy. Upon successful payment you gain access to the course curriculum and certification path.
4. Conduct and Certifications
Students must complete required modules, lab work, and assessments with integrity. Certificates are issued only upon verified completion. Misrepresentation of identity or location will result in removal of enrollment and forfeiture of fees.
5. User Content and IP
Any uploaded documents, profile images and code submissions remain your property but grant Ghana Tech Zone a license to use them for program operations, verification, and placement matching.
6. Termination
We may terminate access for violation of these terms, false claims of eligibility, or non-payment. Payment gateway transactions are irrevocable once executed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platform and services provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to fees paid within the last 6 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ghanaian laws and international treaty obligations applicable to digital education services for the African continent.
